Plane Insight, LLC is the go to consulting firm to guide your journey into private air travel. We are not an air charter operator. However, we serve as an educational resource, a concierge, a buyer's agent and broker.

Non - commercial air travel has many options from which to choose, each with its own pros and cons. Utilizing our lifetime of experience, knowledge, and a vast network of aviation professionals, we pinpoint the most cost effective, capable, and safe options available to handle your air travel needs and tastes. Once we complete our assessment, we will present to you the best options available. We are prepared to serve as your agent until delivery of service or the purchase of your own aircraft. Not all options are equal; we will work to find the best choice for you, your family, or business. 

Born and raised on his family owned airport in New Jersey, Holland has spent a lifetime in aviation. Throughout the years, he has served as a flight instructor, corporate pilot, airline check airman, and an active general aviation enthusiast. He has logged nearly 20,000 hours in numerous aircraft ranging from small taildraggers to the Boeing 777. He has experienced most of what the world of aviation has to offer; being a student, a mentor, a professional, and a hobbyist.

Able to draw upon 30 years of aviation background and an expansive network of trusted professionals, Holland will confidently act as your aviation consultant, providing travel solutions in the private aviation sector. He has mastered the art of matching a client’s mission to a service or form of ownership,  utilizing suitable aircraft and balancing efficiency, cost and comfort.  

Shannon has a diverse background in the aviation, hospitality, and travel industries with 17 years’ experience as an owner and manager of small businesses. She holds a Commercial Pilot's License with a multi-engine rating and is a Certificated Flight Instructor.  Her aviation experience ranges from pilot to recruiter to aerial mapping.
